Refund Policy

HIMS llc promises 100% client satisfaction with our limitless free revision policy. This policy allows you to make free revisions to your initial design brief online.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • If you do not take any action on your order within 30 days of placing it, no refund request will be processed. However, depending on your project, there may be a price if you want to revive your design order.
  • After the delivery of the final files, refund claims won't be granted.
  • Once a website creation is finished and the website is launched online, there will be no refunds granted for website packages.
  • Any refund requests must be made known to the support team. Based on the violation of your user agreement, HIMS llc maintains the right to accept or reject your request on a case-by-case basis.
  • The return policy for HIMS llc/Custom packages will be the same as it is for single packages.
  • You can only request a refund for the website service at the time of initial design, for instance, if you acquire logo and web design services and approve the logo.
  • Refund requests must be justified and evaluated in light of the design brief and client input for modifications. A refund will not be issued unless an idea has not been designed following the brief; nonetheless, more modifications will be made available until perfect satisfaction.
  • It is only appropriate that the consumer participates and offers feedback to attain the desired results since all design assignments require client feedback before the design has been completed.
  • If our designed logo is found to be significantly similar to another logo design that might already exist, you are entitled to a redraw under our 100% unique design guarantee. Any similarity to an existing design will just be coincidental, and HIMS llc will not be held accountable or make any claims for payment. The client is responsible for obtaining copyright protection for their art.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also let you know if your refund request is approved or rejected.

If you haven't yet received a refund, check your bank account once more first. Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
